Available the alpha demo of the RPG The Tenth Hell: Stygian, a very interesting Spanish indie
Deimos Studio, a humble Spanish videogame development studio based in Malaga, has released the first demo of their project The Tenth Hell: Stygian, the project they are working on.
The demonstration is still pre-alpha, since they are working on the game, but it is enough to see that it is a very ambitious and interesting project, inspired by works like The Witcher, Skyrim or Vampire: the masquerade .
As you can see in the trailer and in the images, The Tenth Hell: Stygian is a lifelong RPG, with the most interesting features. The game has a combat system that combines the classic skills of role games with the speed of action games - the user will be the one who determines in which class to specialize (Custodian, Explorer or Arcanist), as well as what abilities and attributes of Each class will improve, being able to train according to their own vision of the game and allowing to combine to their liking the powers, weapons and armoring.
The value proposition of this indie video game is the way in which the decisions of the player affect. Each storyline is prepared so that, regardless of the course chosen, there will always be a deep and interesting story. The actions of the player, as well as the decisions that must be made, will not always be simple and sometimes have moral implications, so that circumstances may arise in which to decide to fulfill a main mission or let someone die, which will change transcendental way the narration. The relationship with one or another character or a previous decision that was made, may also affect the plot.
The demo, for the time being, is only available on PC, but from Deimos Studio they plan to publish The Tenth Hell: Stygian also on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch as long as they successfully complete the financing campaign they have planned for the beginning of 2018 At the moment, Deimos Studio has already shown the game in several events, such as the last Madrid Gaming Experience or the next GamingFest in Seville.
